Shoreline Aviation is looking to fill a need for a Charter Sales & Flight Logistics Coordinator. Due to our growing fleet and schedule, we are seeking to add a team member.

Shoreline is headquartered at Marshfield Airport (GHG) and has offices in Norwood, MA, at Norwood Memorial Airport (OWD) and in Palm Beach, FL, at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). This position is based out of the Marshfield, MA, office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, charter clients, and brokers to maximize fleet utilization and drive revenue growth
- Respond to charter inquiries by preparing competitive quotes, securing trip bookings, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate trip logistics, including arranging catering, ground transportation, and any special passenger requests
- Collaborate with flight crews to ensure each trip is legally and safely dispatched, including reviewing aircraft status, weather, NOTAMS, and crew duty limitations
- Flight follow active trips, proactively resolving operational issues due to weather, ATC delays, etc.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and flight crews throughout each flight, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in corporate or charter aviation (Part 135 operations preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a professional and personable demeanor
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications; comfortable learning and navigating aviation-specific software
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving and customer service
- Authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in aviation sales, charter quoting, or client relationship management
- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
- FAA Private Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, or Commercial Pilot Certificate
- Familiarity with charter quoting and scheduling platforms such as Avinode and Schedaero
- Operational knowledge of flight planning tools such as ForeFlight, FltPlan.com, or similar systems
- Understanding of FAA Part 135 regulations, crew duty/rest rules, and operational control concepts

Job Description & Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Shoreline Aviation’s managed fleet in accordance with Part 135 regulations. Shoreline’s managed fleet includes Citation 560XL, Pilatus PC-12 and Dassault Falcon 2000LX aircraft.
- Document all repairs in accordance with FAA regulations, Shoreline Aviation’s General Operations Manual, and manufacturer requirements.
- Work collaboratively with pilots, dispatch, and maintenance personnel to identify and resolve aircraft discrepancies efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, with emphasis on Parts 43, 91 and 135.

- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, with on-call availability if necessary
- Must be drug and alcohol program compliant
- Must live within two hours commute to KGHG
Education and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Ability to understand and interpret aircraft technical data
- Effective communication in English, oral and written
- Four years related engine/airframe maintenance experience
- Experience with Citation, Pilatus or Dassault aircraft types preferred
