INVITATION FOR BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
MARSHFIELD MUNICIPAL AIRPORT – GEORGE HARLOW FIELD (GHG)

The Town of Marshfield, Massachusetts, acting through the Marshfield Airport Commission, invites sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work in connection with a construction contract at the Marshfield Municipal Airport – George Harlow Field, Marshfield, Massachusetts as follows:

PURCHASE SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT (SRE) – CARRIER VEHICLE WITH SNOWPLOW BLADE

The proposed work includes the purchase of new snow removal equipment consisting of a 10-foot hydraulic V-type snowplow blade and a carrier vehicle.

Procedures regarding bids and the selection of contractors shall be in conformity with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30b as amended to date. Sealed Bids for the General Contract must be delivered to the office of the Airport Manager, 93 Old Colony Lane, Marshfield, MA 02050 prior to 10:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on Wednesday February 11, 2026, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened.

The Contract Specifications shall be obtained electronically by emailing pjandl@airportsolutionsgroup.com on or after January 21, 2026, (Monday thru Friday – 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
